Shipping Policy

Luxe Mahjong offers a discounted flat rate for shipping anywhere in the US and free shipping for orders over $250. Currently we are unable to ship outside the US. While we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to ship. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

End-of-Year Shipping: Orders placed December 22nd through January 4th will begin shipping the week of January 5th, 2026. 

Return Policy

Luxe Mahjong values your business, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the product is damaged in any way, or you are not happy with your purchase, please see below:

Full Refund:

  • Merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned sealed and unopened. 
  • Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Return shipping costs will only be covered by Luxe Mahjong if the return is a result of a damaged item or an error on our part. If damaged, photos must be provided and sent to leah@luxemahjong.com at the time the order is delivered to you. 

Partial Refund:

  • If the product has been opened and is no longer in the original wrapping, please return to the address below. If tiles are being returned, please return them inside the tile bag. Once the return has been checked for completion, a 10% repackaging fee will be charged at the time of the refund. 

Extended Holiday Return Window:

Purchases made between Nov 17 - Dec 31, 2025 will be granted an extended return window. Returns must be initiated via email (see below) by January 5th, 2026 to be eligible for refund. Returns after Dec 25th will be acknowledged and processed per stated guidelines but no sooner than the week of January 5th, 2026. 

We will not accept or refund any items that show wear or use of the product.

Once we have received your item, your item will be inspected, and we will issue a refund request within 3 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase and may take up to 10 days for the credit card processing to take place. 

SALE ITEMS marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
