Shipping Policy
Luxe Mahjong offers a discounted flat rate for shipping anywhere in the US and free shipping for orders over $250. Currently we are unable to ship outside the US. While we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to ship. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Return Policy
Luxe Mahjong values your business, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the product is damaged in any way, or you are not happy with your purchase, please see below:
Refund Policy:
- Merchandise purchased on luxemahjong.com can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned sealed and unopened.
- Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Return shipping costs will only be covered by Luxe Mahjong if the return is a result of a damaged item or an error on our part. If damaged, photos must be provided and sent to leah@luxemahjong.com at the time the order is delivered to you.
Please note the following exceptions to our return/refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Tiles must be unopened and in shrink wrap. We will not accept opened items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will not accept or refund any items that show wear or use of the product.

Luxe Mahjong is proudly based in Phoenix, AZ. Orders and returns are processed through our fulfillment warehouse in North Carolina.

Once we have received your item, your item will be inspected, and we will issue a refund request within 3 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase and may take up to 10 days for the credit card processing to take place.
