Shipping policy

Luxe Mahjong values your business and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the product is damaged in any way, or you are not happy with your purchase, please see below:

Full Refund:

• Merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 
• All products must be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened. 

Partial Refund:

• If products have been opened and are no longer in the shrink wrap, please return all tiles (164) in the tile bag and return to the address below. Once the return has been checked for completion, a 10% repackaging fee will be charged at the time of the refund. 

Extended Holiday Returns:

Purchases made between Nov 17-Dec 31 2025 will be granted an extended return window. Returns must be initiated by January 5th, 2026 to be eligible for refund. 

Please include your order number and reason for return.
